1. How do I book for the event?

You can book by filling out our online booking form. Click Accept invitation on the main home page

2. How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 6 months in advance to secure the preferred date.

3. What information do I need to provide when booking?

Please have the following details ready:

  • Number of guests
  • Any special requirements (food allergy or sensitivities).

4. What payment methods do you accept?

Payments are sent via email money transfers. Payment instructions will be provided via Palompon Core Group FB Messenger service.

5. Can I make changes to my booking after it's confirmed?

Request for changes to your booking shall be made via Palompon Core Group FB Messenger service.

6. What happens if I need to cancel my booking?

Cancellations must be requested via Palompon Fiesta Core Group FB Messenger not later than August 12, 2026.

7. How to check your reservation after booking?

Find the navigation bar above and click Reservation Look Up.
