- You can book by filling out our online booking form.
- 2. How far in advance should I book?
- We recommend booking at least 6 months in advance to secure the preferred date.
- 3. What information do I need to provide when booking?

- Number of guests
- Any special requirements (food allergy or sensitivities).
- 4. What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept credit cards, e-transfers, and cash. Payment instructions will be provided upon confirmation.
- 5. Can I make changes to my booking after it’s confirmed?
- Changes may be possible, but they require discussion with the organizing team. Please reach out using the contact information on the registration page.
- 6. What happens if I need to cancel my booking?
- Cancellation policies are currently under review. Please contact the organizing team so we can work with you on the best possible option.
